Remember to keep in mind a few rules about patches. The first is that the more patches you order, the better the 'per patch' price is, i.e. 100 patches may run you about $2.50 each whereas a 500 patch order will get you a 'per patch' price of $1.50! This is a substantial savings and when you consider that you're always going to need patches, why not stock up on them at the lower price and avoid running out and having to reorder at the higher prices?!

Another consideration is patch size and the percentage of embroidery involved. Obviously, the larger the patch, the higher the price. In addition, the more embroidery involved on the patch, the higher the price. Review the 'Rules about patch colors/sizes' link in the blue content area to the left.
