TexasFireFighting.com (aka TexasEMSpatches.com) is no longer selling Texas Dept. of State Health Services patches or stickers to individuals in the State of Texas. If you are a government agency, i.e. fire department, police department, military, etc.. and are TAX EXEMPT (i.e. your agency does not have to pay sales tax), we will gladly fill an order for you. Our minimum quantity is 12 patches of the same certification (eg. an order for 12 EMT-Basic patches and 12 Licensed Paramedic patches).

If you are wanting to purchase less than twelve patches, you should visit the following link on the TDSHS web site for a list of vendors that may be able to help you. You may also check ebay.com for sellers who frequently post auctions for one patch at a time from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
